ESG MATTERS
At Sun European, we are proponents of Environmental, Social and Governance (“ESG”) practices and seek ways to integrate them, as deemed appropriate and consistent with our fiduciary duties, into our own investment practices, and encourage our portfolio companies to do the same. We believe there is a clear benefit to better ESG management, and we believe we can do well by doing good.
At Sun European we endeavor to act as a responsible corporate citizen, to our employees, our portfolio companies and our communities. Sun European affiliates initiated its ESG Program in 2012, and since then has sought to enhance our ESG practices. The ESG Committee, which reports to our Executive Committee, provides oversight and updates to our ESG policy and program.
