Sun European Partners, LLP (“Sun European Partners” or “Sun European”), a leading private investment advisory firm focused on defensible businesses in growing markets with tangible performance improvement opportunities, today announced that its affiliate has completed the acquisition of Fletchers Solicitors (“Fletchers”), a founder-owned, UK-based consumer law firm, specialising in claimant representation for personal injury and medical negligence cases. Terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 1987, Fletchers is one of the leading UK personal injury and medical negligence law firms. With offices in Manchester and Southport, Fletchers puts the individual at the center of all matters, ensuring reliably excellent customer service and outcomes.

Fletchers has historically grown its sales at over 20% CAGR since 2010, has industry leading win rates and is well-positioned to seize the significant opportunities within a highly fragmented and non-cyclical legal services market.
