An affiliate of Sun European Partners, LLP (“Sun European Partners”), today announces that it has agreed to acquire Hewden Stuart Ltd (“Hewden”), a UK equipment rental business from Finning International Inc.
Hewden is one of the UK’s largest and most diverse specialist equipment rental companies, providing equipment rental and contract management services to key businesses in virtually every sector of British industry. It operates from 63 locations across the UK, employing 1,300 employees.
