Jen Wildroudt, Vice President of ESG, joined Sun Capital in December 2021 and has over 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of ESG programs, focused on ESG risk management, alignment with corporate strategy, credible reporting and ESG diligence.  Prior to joining Sun Capital, Ms. Wildroudt was a Director in Alvarez & Marsal’s ESG practice and a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Climate Change and Sustainability Services practice, where she coordinated and led ESG strategy engagements for Fortune 500 companies across a range of industries. Ms. Wildroudt earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management with a concentration in Environmental Engineering from Miami University. Ms. Wildroudt is also a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.
